At The Trek 360, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change. That’s why we’ve created clear policies to help you manage cancellations and refunds. Since policies may differ depending on the service or package you book, we recommend reviewing the specific Terms & Conditions at the time of booking.
You can easily cancel your bookings directly on The Trek 360 platform. If you face any difficulty, our customer support team will be happy to assist you. Please keep in mind that cancellations require processing time, which may vary based on the service provider and booking type.
Refund Guidelines for Tour Packages
- Cancellation within 1 month before the start date → Non-refundable
- Cancellation before 1 month → 50% of the advance payment will be refunded
Refund Guidelines for Hotels / Stays
- Cancellation within 1 month → Non-refundable
- Cancellation before 1 month → 50% of the advance payment will be refunded
Refund Guidelines for Flights or Private Helicopter Bookings
- All flight and helicopter bookings are non-refundable.
- In case of cancellation, the full advance amount will be charged as penalty.
Refund Processing Time
Any approved refund will take 10 to 15 working days to be credited to your bank account, depending on the service provider’s policies.
Important Notes
- Refunds will not be processed in case of natural disasters, emergencies, or unavoidable circumstances.
- At the time of booking, 50% advance payment is mandatory, with the remaining balance payable at the start of the tour.
- Travel insurance can either be arranged by you independently or booked through The Trek 360 at an additional cost.
- In some situations, The Trek 360 may charge extra cancellation or amendment fees, depending on our service partners.
- If a booking is declined from our side, your advance payment for unused services will be refunded.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can shift unexpectedly. To reschedule:
- Notify us at least 1 month before the scheduled departure.
- A minimum fee of 10% may apply.
- All rescheduling is subject to availability.
- Any extra cost due to changes in travel arrangements will be borne by the customer.
