For cancellations:
- Customers cancelling before the departure date must notify us through email.
- If cancellation happens at the last moment without prior notice, the company will not be responsible for any loss, and the full payment amount will be retained.
- Early notice of cancellation helps us assist you better and manage last-minute changes smoothly.

Booking and Financial Terms
By submitting the Booking/Registration form or by paying the initial registration fee, guests confirm their acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- For group bookings, the signature of one member is treated as acceptance on behalf of the entire group.
- Please note that the initial payment indicates your intent to participate; tickets, hotels, or services are secured only after full payment is completed.
- If full payment is not received within the required timeframe, The Trek 360 reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain deposits or payments.
- For special requests or assistance, a minimum of 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking, and the balance must be cleared at least 7 days before the start of the tour.
