Dehradun/Rishikesh → Govindghat/Joshimath (Drive: 255 km)
- Pickup from Dehradun at 7:00 AM / Rishikesh at 8:15 AM
- Scenic 255 km drive (11–12 hours) through Uttarakhand's stunning landscape
- Devprayag Stopover — witness the sacred confluence of Alaknanda & Bhagirathi rivers forming the holy Ganges
- Arrive Joshimath/Govindghat by evening — gateway to the Garhwal Himalayas
- Hotel check-in, warm dinner & overnight rest
Govindghat/Joshimath → Ghangaria via Pulna (Trek: 9 km · 10,520 ft)
- Drive 4 km from Govindghat to Pulna — the official trek start point
- Begin easy 9 km uphill trek (5–6 hours) through scenic mountain trails and riverside paths
- Midway lunch break amidst peaceful Himalayan landscape
- Reach Ghangaria (10,520 ft) — the base hamlet for both Valley of Flowers and Hemkund Sahib
- Hotel check-in, evening tea, dinner & overnight rest
Ghangaria → Valley of Flowers → Ghangaria (3.7 km each way)
- Start from Ghangaria after breakfast and set out for the iconic Valley of Flowers
- 3.7 km trek each way (approx. 6 hours total) through peaceful mountain trails
- Enter the UNESCO World Heritage Valley — a magical carpet of 529+ flower species
- Walk through endless meadows of Alpine flowers, Brahma Kamal, Blue Poppy, Marsh Marigold
- Photography, packed lunch amidst flowers, and leisurely exploration
- Return to Ghangaria by evening. Warm dinner and rest
Ghangaria → Hemkund Sahib → Ghangaria (6 km each way · 14,107 ft)
- Early breakfast and begin the spiritual ascent to Hemkund Sahib
- 6 km ascent (8–9 hours total) from 10,520 ft to Hemkund Sahib at 14,107 ft
- En route: mesmerizing waterfalls, vibrant alpine flowers, snow-capped peaks, breathtaking glaciers
- Reach the world's highest Gurudwara — Hemkund Sahib. Take Ardas and immerse in its peaceful spiritual atmosphere
- Take a dip in the sacred glacial lake and visit Lokpal Temple nearby
- Begin descent before 2 PM (due to mountain weather). Return to Ghangaria. Early dinner and rest
Ghangaria → Govindghat via Joshimath (Trek: 9 km Descent)
- After breakfast, begin descent from Ghangaria towards Govindghat
- Trek 9 km downhill (approx. 4 hours) — descending from 10,520 ft to 6,215 ft
- Drive to Joshimath upon reaching Govindghat
- Hotel arrival, check-in, hot lunch, relax and rest
- Dinner and comfortable overnight stay in Joshimath
Joshimath → Dehradun/Rishikesh (Drive: 255 km)
- Early breakfast and depart for Dehradun/Rishikesh
- Scenic 255 km drive back through Uttarakhand's beautiful mountains
- Arrive Dehradun/Rishikesh by evening
- Trek concludes — carrying memories of 529 flowers, Hemkund Sahib, and the Himalayas forever
